New patient information
Novant Health Steelecroft Pediatrics welcomes new patients! We serve patients from birth through age 18, and offer care for both sick children and well children.
To make your child's first appointment, call us at 704-316-1080 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Bring with you to every appointment:
- Your photo ID.
- The insurance card covering your child as well as your method of copayment or payment in full if your child’s visit will not be covered by insurance. (Click here for more insurance and payment information.)
- Any school, sports or camp forms you need completed.
- Any medications your child is currently taking, including over-the-counter vitamins and supplements.
