Sick-child visits

Novant Health Steelecroft Pediatrics reserves same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible to serve sick patients. Whether your child has a sore throat or an upset stomach, you can see a provider you know and trust quickly by visiting our clinic.

Should you need guidance when our clinic is closed, you can connect with our triage team simply by calling our office. This team will help you determine whether to schedule an appointment when our office reopens or if more immediate medical attention is needed.

To make an appointment for a sick child, call our office at any time, or use MyChart to schedule online. Please note: MyChart is a service for returning patients only. If your child has not seen a provider in our clinic before, please call us to schedule your child’s first visit.
